APPROACHING THE VENUE
Spanners is a yellow railway arch, half way down a car lined road, situated opposite a park. There is no significant incline or decline in the nearby routes to the venue. The road does have some small potholes and an uneven pavement; it is due to be resurfaced by the Council. ​The road is sometimes quiet, but can often be loud and lively with mechanics working on cars, neighbours playing music, and people chatting to
each other.
INSIDE THE VENUE
There is one step up into the entrance and a ramp is available for wheelchair users and other access needs. This can be secured when you arrive, or ahead of your visit, if you email us (email@spanners.club). There are no other level changes inside the venue, other than areas designated for Staff only.
The toilet is wheelchair accessible.
Seating is available and stored away in benches around the perimeter of the space - should any patron require a chair during their visit, please talk to a member of bar staff. Lighting does tend to be quite dark and there may be light to heavy use of strobe lighting and theatrical fog. Please talk to a member of staff if this affects your access to the venue and, together with the event organiser, we can work towards accommodating any needs you may have.

There is a zero tolerance policy on discrimination of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, racism, ageism, sexism, transphobia, classism, ableism, homophobia, xenophobia, fattism or religious discrimination. We also have a zero tolerance policy on non consensual touching. Anyone displaying aggression or discrimination will be asked to leave; it is not your responsibility to deal with anyone who makes you feel uncomfortable, and we encourage everyone to talk to a member of bar staff should they need help.
